About Kathleen

Kathleen has had a long-standing relationship with Sotheby’s International Realty as a broker and a client. Nurturing her desire to be a part of Sotheby’s global real estate team was her parent’s devotion to the Sotheby’s brand via their various successful real estate transactions. Kathleen garnered an understanding of the extraordinary service and client-focused attention of Sotheby’s agents.

 

Hailing from Texas, Kathleen moved to the Triangle region with her husband and two boys with both homes bought and sold seamlessly with the full client services of Sotheby’s agents in Dallas and Raleigh. She fully understands the experience of moving a family from one area of the country to another and what a difference a global real estate company like Sotheby’s can make to ease that transition. With that personal experience and knowledge, Kathleen is keenly focused on what her clients need when relocating, buying homes, and selling homes.

 

Kathleen received her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville and her Master in Business Administration from Rice University in Houston. After her studies, she moved to New York City to work for Estée Lauder Cosmetics in their makeup marketing division. There she honed her marketing skills working with another global prestige brand and acquired valuable expertise in data and market analysis which she now applies to the real estate market.

 

Her greatest joy is her family. Balancing everyday routines with work, getting her boys to school, and activities that fill her life, she always does so with great love and humor. In Kathleen’s spare time, she and her family, along with their dog Alfie, enjoy “mini-vacations” discovering different parts of North Carolina from the mountains to the coast. Kathleen remains devoted to the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina where in this past year her efforts resulted in 3,000 pounds of food being donated to those in need as part of her annual Thanksgiving food drive. Kathleen and her family reside in the highly sought-after North Hills neighborhood in the perfect home to host gatherings for her friends and family.
